Matthew Perry

 

Matthew graduated from the conservatorium of music in 1981 before becoming master of music at Cranbrook School in 1982. 

​

In 1985 he was appointed as the first Director of music at The Emanual School in Sydney. 

After establishing The Emanual School music department, Matthew then taught at the International Grammar School Sydney from 1989 to1996 before returning to Cranbrook School where he specialised in Early Childhood music from 1997 to 2013.

 

In addition to teaching music, Matthew is known as a composer of a wide variety of music. 

His Primary School music resources are used by teachers across Australia and Internationally.

 

Matthew has been teaching the piano to children and adults of all ages for over 30 years. Whether you are a beginner, a past player or a current pianist, Matthew can enhance your playing and deepen your understanding and appreciation of music in all its forms.
